§ Pricing questions
Common questions.
How do the prepaid Term plans work?
Pay once at the start of the term — 10 hours for Term ($765), 20 hours for Term Plus ($1,445). Your child gets a reserved weekly slot and we draw from the credit until it runs out. Unused hours roll over to the next term.
What if I just want to try a session first?
Casual is built for that. No upfront cost — book one session, pay for it on Monday, decide if you want to keep going.
Can I switch between plans?
Anytime. Move from Casual to Term to lock in a lower rate. Or use Casual for a few weeks before committing to a term — your tutor and progress carry over.
What happens if my child misses a session?
Casual: standard rebooking. Term: priority rebooking inside the same week. Term Plus: top priority — we will move heaven and earth to slot you in.
Do you offer other discounts?
Yes. 10% off every session for siblings (stacks with the Term discounts). Refer a family and you both get a free lesson once they complete four sessions.
