Matching & onboarding

MATCHING & ONBOARDING

Most families are matched within 24 to 48 hours of submitting the form, then we book your free meet and greet.

A short, no-commitment session where the student and tutor get to know each other and plan the first few lessons. If it is not a fit, we re-match free.

Yes — and you should. Re-matching is free, and the second tutor will get a written brief on what was missing the first time.

Pricing & billing

PRICING & BILLING

From $69/hour on the Basic term plan, up to $99/hour on the Max plan. Pay term-in-advance to save $10/hr, or weekly with no upfront cost.

Yes. Every new student starts with a free meet and greet before committing to anything. No card details required.

Stripe handles billing. Term plans charge once on the start date. Weekly plans charge every Monday for the prior week. Receipts hit your inbox automatically.

Yes. Two siblings or two subjects on the same plan get $5/hour off each, automatically applied at booking.

Tutoring & sessions

100% online via Google Meet. Same tutor every week, no commute.

A written recap by email: topics covered, what the student worked on, homework set, and the focus for next time.

On the weekly plan, lessons cancelled with 24 hours notice are not charged. On the term plan, missed lessons roll forward as make-up sessions.

Absolutely. Weekly plans pause cleanly. Term plans either roll unused lessons forward or refund the unused portion.
