Yes, and you should. Re-matching is free, and the second tutor will get a written brief on what was missing the first time.
Tell us and we shift sessions around. Weekly plans pause cleanly. Term plans roll any unused hours forward.
No per-lesson invoices to chase. Sessions are booked ahead and charged automatically once a week, so you always know what is coming out and when.
Every lesson is one-to-one and online. That means your tutor is matched on fit rather than postcode, and there is no travel for anyone.

Every tutor holds a current Working-with-Children (Blue Card) check and scored 95+ ATAR, recently, in the exact subjects they teach. It is an enforced policy, not a tick-box.
Life happens. Give us more than 12 hours notice and a session cancels free. Inside 12 hours a cancellation fee applies, since the tutor has already held the time for you.
No. The student works directly with their tutor, and the written recap after every lesson keeps you fully in the loop without needing to be in the room.
